Fortunato Scerbo III, known to most as Fred is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, currently the Administrator at The Pines at Utica. The Pines at Utica is a 119 bed skilled nursing facility, including a 40 bed sub-acute rehabilitation unit.
Prior to joining The Pines, Fred served as the Administrator of Folts Homes in Herkimer, NY, Administrator at Utica Rehabilitation in Utica, NY and Executive Director of Mohawk Valley Nursing Home in Ilion, NY.
Fred earned his Bachelors of Science in Health Service Administration from SUNY Institute of Technology. Fred was born and raised in Central NY and currently resides in Clinton, NY. Fred is married with three children and a member of Redeemer Church in Utica.
